This particular design, "The Legacy" pays homage to the rich history of Coogee Bay Hotel including its roots as a school, cocktails of a bygone era and the many incredible acts that played at the iconic SELINA'S .This medium bodied wine is fruit driven, features soft, savoury tannins with a high natural acidity and showcases aromas or red cherries, plum and a hint of herbal bay leaf. With flavours of red and blue fruits, oak, savoury dried herbs and a lingering drive right to the finish, this top notch red pairs well with wagyu beef, lamb and Italian tomato based dished.
